Our Branding Process
Start with the design brief
To give us the best possible chance of nailing your brief and creating the perfect design for your business, we need to gather as much information from you as possible.
Send us the brief or give us a call for an in-depth chat about your business and what you want your design to achieve. The information you give us at this first stage will help us to delve deeper and gain a detailed understanding of what makes your business tick. From company history and future goals to your competition and target audiences, we’ll discuss it all.
RESEARCH + EXPLORATION + DESIGN
At this stage, we will study your brief in detail, researching your company, competitors, and target market. It allows us to make sure that all design decisions are made with thought and purpose, highlighting everything unique about your company.
Our exploration here helps us discover ideas that we can draw on when it comes to drafting the initial design concepts. We begin by creating a mood board of images, color palettes, and symbols that resonate with your brand and represent your industry. Next, we put pen to paper and create rough sketches of design concepts. Once we have a few promising ideas to explore, we refine only the strongest concepts, providing a smaller selection of high-quality designs for you to consider.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
Once we’ve finalized your initial designs, we’ll put together a detailed PDF document to present our initial ideas. In this document, we will demonstrate how and why we arrived at our final concepts, and why we think they would work for your business.
We’ll show each design in full color, demonstrating its versatility and how it could be used in different applications. We also take the time to mock up real-world examples for each design concept, helping you to envision how it will look in use. If you feel the final design could be tweaked to better suit your requirements, we’ll be happy to provide revisions.
HANDOVER
Once you’re completely happy and have chosen your final design, we’ll send it to you in all industry-standard file formats ready for print and digital use.
